Corfu, Greece

Ever since Channing was 4 or 5 years old, she always asked to go to Greece. We have no idea why. It seemed unusual for a such a little mini to request such a thing, but often times the youngest in the family can make the most sense. So, finally we delivered on one of her earliest requests, and she was right. Greece is good. We landed in Corfu and explored the island by foot and water. We spent our days swimming, hiking, and eating the most delicious food. We toured an olive farm and production facility and Gary is now writing up a proposal for research on The Governor olive oil, which has some of the highest polyphenols in the world. Just think, if Gary had listened to Channing years ago, his study would already be funded! Always listen to the mini!I

This is a nude beach where a guy was sporting the “Winnie the Pooh”. It seemed really odd, until I realized I was drinking a diet coke and eating an ice cream bar. It’s all and nothing, baby!.
